Sansa's Chapter

In this chapter Cersei takes Ned as a prisoner and Sansa stays in here room for three days.  Cersei confronts Sansa before the council and tells her that Ned was accused of treasome.  Cersei thanks Sansa since she told her that Ned was going to send her(Sansa) and Arya away to Winterfell.  Since Sansa wanted to prove that she is not a traitor so secure her marriage with Joff, so she decided to write four letters.  The letter were going to be sent through Cersei.  She wrote the letters to Catelyn, Lysa, Robb, and Sansa’s grandfather telling them that Ned was a traitor and that her family needs to come to Kings Landing to swear their loyalty to Joff. However, after she finished writing the letters; she realized that she forgot to ask if Arya was safe.

The reason I chose this chapter was because we are able to see that humans make decisions based on the judgment of others..  However, we care about our happiness as well and how our actions will make us look.  In this chapter we are able to see that women are manipulated.  The reason is because since back in this time period women were not "trustable" and you were not able to actually make decisions for anyone and they had no say.  Also, I did not like how she asked her family to go to Kings Landing only so they could swear loyalty to Joff, because family should always come first, unless happiness has been involved.
