In this chapter, Sansa is grabbed from her room after 3 days. She strongly dislikes this confinement. She is not eating well, basically only bread, stew, cheese, chicken and greens. Sansa became frustrated when the servants refused to answer her questions about what was going on. Next Sansa finds out that Ned has been accused of treason. After this, Sansa becomes frustrated with Cersi and does not want to start any drama with Cersi, she wants to have a good reputation so she will still be able to marry Joff. Lastly, Sansa writes several letters to her people talking bad about Ned and saying that they need to come to the King's Landing to keep their reputation up so she can marry Joff.
I chose this chapter because Sansa is one of my favorite characters and she plays a big role in this chapter. I liked this chapter because it shows how Sansa feels so passionately about Joff, and she wants to keep his loyalty so they can get married. I like this because romance is my favorite type of stuff to read! The only thing I did not like about this chapter was that in the end Sansa was extremely upset about her father and what the Queen was telling her. I think this chapter could bring this discussion to the class: "Why do you think Sansa showed no emotion about Arya throughout the chapter? Why did she not think about her? Also, What do you think about Ned being accused of treason? Is that something expected that he would do?
