"Whose Fault Is It?"

"The day that Cain bashed his brother Abel's brains in, the only motivation he needed was his own human disposition to violence..." The first article-author strikes me as being one whom has come across possible family-violence. Even a devised sense that view of, "Christianity has given us an image of death and sexuality that we have based our culture around."
Myself a follower of what my Chickasaw/Eastern & Oklahoman Cherokee ancestors called the "White Path," (pure-humble-pursuit-at-life). Free-will excepting believers, according to said author of whom became victims of the Holy Word. Of which has,"... nowhere in the Gospels...(is) intelligence praised as a virtue," in short, manners preforming rational behavior-study, as I found, marks, " the final word of whatever God may be," as negative.
The author, despite aggression towards Higher-Power-Understanding, has quite a wise-opinion. Found within a multitude of literature are the very people, insane, disturbed citizens kept away from society. At least 5 pieces of composure depict "Missouri Son," notorious, now "Frontier train-robber," Jesse James; the shared thought of said writer attempts to make aware of how violence ignites others to dare "re-enactments."
"Does anyone think the Civil War was the least bit civil? If television had existed, you could be sure they would have been there to cover it, or maybe even participate in it," as the media partially over-step bounds with Vietnam. Encouraging radical out rage.  (All quotations above from: file: "ROLLING STONES.com").
"So it’s no good dismissing Weinstein’s comments about media violence as some kind of short-term, self-interested marketing ploy. " The second article attempts to expose media strength as just show.  "...begun to ask himself whether he made extreme violence hip."
Several major Hollywood figures, as the author feels, have the ability to reduce a chance for impression due to film. Making for , "...numerous conversations with other Hollywood studio heads and producers, who may share...concerns but don’t want to talk about it..." According to this writer in particular, motion-picture-producer-groups, Should be willing to make, "... a startling breach in Hollywood’s long-standing code of silence on this issue."
(All above quotations from: "SALON.com").
"Years of research documents how witnessing violence and aggression leads to a range of negative outcomes for children." "...lack of parental concern..." Post the 1972 video game, "Pong," adaptations for a stronger interactive-desire have yielded a less positive result.
Myself, with cousins "NOT allowed to play 'Grand Theft Auto 4,'", due to the remark of a sentenced killer, making claim "that 'G.T.A.,' lead to what I did," (actual grand theft, non-virtual murder, nor computer-generated armed robbery). Political view debated, incorporation of the aspect games enhance motor-skills/hand-eye-coordination. 1982 having "...technological constraints...," prevented "...blood, and gore...," yet such did Not prevail.
     "...1992...'Wolfenstein 3D'...'first person-shooter'...'fighting, killing, (AND), being killed...'"
 (All above quotations from: "public.psych.iastate.edu").
All authors summarized concurring with modern-evidence. Myself, I would say the articles quite actually effected me not at all; pertaining to GOD, no wrong can come, as for Hollywood, I locate, maturely, accurate, historic films. My gaming has been subject to stopping for betterment of my educational-time. As for their styles: each presented self-thought views, as much as I disagree, the one containing philosophical-anitpractice speaking held greatest passion. Of which writing should contain. (Be the Entire purpose; well results, rather than by monetary bribing, causing failure to properly pursue truth).

  1. Robert I like that you use quotes in your work, but summary is not just stacking parts of sentences on top of each other. This was really tough to follow or even understand. Slow down, try to form complete sentences with a subject, verb, and predicate and use quotes sparingly in summary. I like that you discuss your own ideas and beliefs but you need to simplify your sentences in order to get your messages across.
